We have launched ASM's new website and refreshed our visual identity. I am excited because it captures what we care about most: clarity, integrity, and support that works in real life.
If you are new to ASM, here is what we do, in plain terms.
We provide neuroinclusive coaching, mentoring, training and consultancy. We support adults to navigate careers with confidence, and we help employers build inclusion into hiring, management, and day-to-day practice.
Whether we are providing one to one support, training teams, or advising on leadership, our approach is simple: get clear on what is happening in your role, your professional relationships, and your environment; turn that into practical strategies and workable adjustments; strengthen confidence and independence over time.
ASM is employee-owned. We are a real team with lived experience and deep expertise, shaped into practical, ethical and effective strategies. We do the work ourselves, and we own the company together. This means we can be honest about what will not help, and precise about what will, because we are accountable for delivery and outcomes. As the new Managing Director of ASM, I am proud to build on the foundation that David and the team have created, and to lead with pace, care and conviction.
